Shipping Rates

• Worldwide Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and all other international destinations. There are no additional shipping fees added at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

• Handling time: 7 - 10 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes the time for high-quality embroidery and preparation.

• Transit time: 5 - 14 business days (Monday to Friday) via EMS (Express Mail Service by Japan Post) or courier services.

Customs & Taxes (Notice for US & International Customers)

• For US Customers (DDP Shipping):
Due to international shipping regulations for the United States, all orders to the US include Free Shipping and are processed under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. The total price you pay at checkout covers both shipping and any applicable duties, so you will NOT be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

• For Other Countries (DDU Shipping):
Orders shipped to countries outside the USA also include Free Shipping. However, shipments are sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms, and any local clearance charges in your country may be collected by your local post office or courier upon arrival.

Please note that delivery may take longer than the estimated time (up to 30 business days or more) due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections or local delivery delays.
